This notification applies to all eBuy users who placed orders with MDC Vacuum between May 23 and July 5.
MDC Vacuum experienced an error with their order processing system that prevented orders coming from the Lab to reach their customer service center for processing. This system error has been corrected and these orders are a high priority for MDC Vacuum to process.
