To obtain a PCard, please complete the Procurement Card (PCard) Purchasing Cardholder Account Form and attach it to the google form provided here. You may also email the completed form to:

Approved applicants will be contacted and advised when to take training. Once you have completed the training, you will receive your PCard.
Division Cardholders are responsible for reading and understanding the contents of the Division Cardholder Policy and Guidelines prior to using the card. Here, you will find information on authority, responsibilities, restrictions and limits of PCard cardholders when acquiring goods and services.
