Wondering when your industrial or specialty gas cylinder order will be delivered? Wonder no more. Praxair by GSS and Airgas by GSS are now required to email the eBuy Requester at least 24 hours in advance of the delivery date, specifying the LBNL Order #, type of gas ordered, and planned delivery date. If the LBNL gas storage area specified on the order is at capacity, Praxair and Airgas shall return the cylinder to their facility and arrange for redelivery of the cylinder with the eBuy Requester, at no additional charge.
We’ve also improved delivery notifications for health-hazard gases. Praxair and Airgas are now expected to arrange delivery with the eBuy Requester at least 24 hours in advance, confirming the delivery location, availability, and contact information. The eBuy Requester or designee must sign for delivery of health-hazard gases.
