Before you save and submit an eBuy requisition it is very important that you check the budget on the project(s) you entered. To do so, go to the bottom of the checkout screen and click the “Check Budget” link. Read the message in the window that comes up and click the “OK” button. If the Budget Status shows as “Error” on the Requisition Confirmation page, there may be a funding issue with your order. You will need to contact your Resource Analyst.
If you do not check the budget, this may slow down the move into Procurement’s requisition queue. This can cause a delay in the supplier receiving your order.
