You can now track the status of your orders placed with GSS and GSS suppliers via eBuy.
Find out the estimated delivery date, preview freight charges, and view total order costs by going to the GSS catalog and clicking on the Order Tracking Tool link. Step-by-step instructions are provided below. Your order status will be available immediately after you place your order.
This the latest step in our mission to enhance eBuy for our customers. The new change makes checking on your GSS orders easier and faster.
From the eBuy main page, click on the All Suppliers tab.
Suppliers are listed alphabetically in the Select a Supplier section. Scroll down to Government Scientific Source and click on the Go to site link.
The GSS eBuy catalog will open. Click on the Order Tracking Tool link.
The Order History window will open. From the order list, select a Customer Order Number link or enter your information into the search fields to help your search.
The Order Detail window will open. Here you will view your order details and the estimated delivery date.
