We are excited to announce that on July 10, Staples will partner with Guy Brown, a certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise.
What Is Not Changing?
- Access to the Staples’s catalog on eBuy to search or browse for products
- Access through the Staples’s catalog to view your order status
- Delivery of products to the Laboratory by Staples
- Access to the Laboratory’s shared favorites lists (see image below)
- Customer service support hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time
What Is Changing?
- Your Favorite Lists AND Your Personal Lists will not transfer to the new Staples by Guy Brown eBuy catalog (see images below).
- We ask that you please print Your Favorite Lists AND Your Personal Lists from the current Staples’s catalog before July 9.
- You will need to reenter your favorites into the new Staples by Guy Brown catalog.
- Customer service access to check on an order will be provided by Guy Brown
- Look for “Staples by Guy Brown” in the eBuy supplier directory
